Ken Moran joins Chesapeake Bank

Chesapeake Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Kenneth Moran to their Williamsburg team. Ken has been hired as vice president and commercial loan officer for the region.

Mr. Moran is a Certified Financial Planner with a 30-year banking career which began when he was a student at the College of William & Mary, where he obtained his MBA. After working in banking for 19 years, he went on to teach finance at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas and returned back to banking and Williamsburg in 2014.

Ken is active in his church, Williamsburg Church of Christ, as Deacon and has previously served in various roles with the Williamsburg Chamber, United Way, and Kiwanis. He and his wife, Teresa, live in Williamsburg and have two children, Rachel, a cardiac ICU nurse in Richmond and Joshua will be completing his residency at Norfolk Sentara.
