Quilters Learn at Wool Applique Class

Loy Holt and Tricia Lent of the Peninsula Piecemaker's Quilt Guild recently held a workshop at the Hilton Baptist Church on Wool Applique.  The class members had a choice of a cream or pink wool to make into a dogwood blossom.  They each brought their own background. The other items were available in a kit from the teachers. The group also learned 6 creative stitches to use on their blossom.
Pictured left to right on the back row are:  Donna Dooley, Holt, Priscilla Whisler, Gina Vivian, Helene Jubie, Juanita Scriptor, and Lent.
