Relay For Life is a community walk. It's about bringing together those touched by cancer. Individuals can sign up to fundraise or to come out and walk the night of Relay. Individuals are encouraged to create teams. The teams could fundraise throughout the year or just at the main event whichever they choose. The event is family friendly, it will have kids activities; bounces houses, face painting, glow in the dark toys and more. The evening will start with a FREE survivor and caregiver dinner. Survivors and Caregivers ill be required to sign up to participate in the event whether or not you decide to fundraise. The actual walk will start with the survivors and caregivers walking the first lap followed by a beautiful dove release. The track will be lined with luminarias created in honor or memory of those fighting or lost to cancer. The event is designed to bring the community together to raise awareness, provide entertainment and healing for those touched by cancer.
