Terry Walker Speaks to the Williamsburg Chapter Sons of the American Revolution

Terry Walker spoke on the Honor Guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns. Walker served as a Sentinel of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in 1978-1979 and is Badge Holder 212. This was preceded by four years service in the U. S. Army including the Honor Guard. He spoke on the reason for the Sentinels, a history of the Tomb and the Unknown Soldiers interred there, how one becomes a Sentinel, their training, and requirements for receiving the Tomb Guard Badge. He closed with some of his personal experiences.
