Tidewater Virginia Historical Society kickoff for 2019 Lecture Series

The Tidewater Virginia Historical Society kicked off their 2019 lecture series recently with a presentation by Mark Summers, Public Historian for Jamestown Rediscovery. Mr. Summers lecture was entitled Berkeley, Bacon's Rebellion, and the Birth of the American South. He spoke to a full house at the Williamsburg Landing. Following the lecture, Mr. Summers met with Society members to answer questions. See TVHS.org for more information.
