Thanks for making Bruton event a success

The Virginia Gazette

The Bruton High School Athletic Booster Club would like to thank Alison Sakimura, Realtor, Bushin Martial Arts Academy, Colonial Sports, James A. Burden, DDS & Associates, Middle Plantation Animal Hospital and Pediatric Associates of Williamsburg for sponsoring Bruton's 16th Annual 5k/Silent Auction on March 19, 2016.

Additionally, our silent auction donors made this year's auction the most successful to date. Donors included Ann Brown-Hailey Beaded Jewelry, Autobell Car Wash, Bruton High School, Buggy Bathe Auto Wash, Custom Cupcakes, Emily's Donuts, Golden Horseshoe Golf Club, Heart's Desire, Hi-Ho Silver, Mrs. Nancy Feigenbaum, New Town Car Wash, Norfolk Admirals Hockey, Norfolk Tides Baseball Club, Opera in Williamsburg, Posh Salon, Samantha Lynn Photography, Savand Action Photography, Scentsy Gifts by Jeri Garcia, Sun Kissed Tan, The Cheese Shop/Fat Canary, The Ferguson Center for the Arts at Christopher Newport University, Traditional Golf Properties, Two Rivers Country Club, Williamsburg Floral & Gifts, and Wintergreen Resort.

Proceeds from the 5k/Silent Auction enable the Booster Club to provide support to Bruton student athletes, including the purchase of necessary equipment and funding program fees. Additionally, the event funds four college scholarships to selected student athletes. The generosity of these businesses strengthens the success of the Bruton athletic program and the future education of its children. Without our local support, this would not be possible. We are very grateful.
