WILLIAMSBURG— Heather Cordasco, former vice chairwoman of the Williamsburg-James City School Board and GOP candidate for the 93rd House of Delegates district and Mike Mullen, a Democrat and prosecutor in Suffolk, will go head-to-head in a Wednesday night debate.
The House seat is open because Del. Monty Mason, D-Williamsburg, is resigning to run for the state Senate once held by the late John Miller, who died in April.
The election will be held on Nov. 8.
Cordasco and Mullen both said traffic on I-64 and childhood education are issues citizens want addressed.
Jefferson can be reached by phone at 757-790-9313.
