Harris Teeter, the North Carolina-based grocery chain, will open its second store in Greater Williamsburg July 13.
The company is planning an 8 a.m. grand opening, ribbon cutting and in-store sampling.
The 50,000-square-foot store will be open 24 hours per day, seven days a week. It will feature eight checkout lanes and four express checkouts.
The store will also include a pharmacy. Pharmacy hours will be Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Sat. 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sun. 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
The new store will be in Lightfoot Marketplace, at 6485 Centerville Road, the site of the Williamsburg Outlet Mall before it closed two years ago.
Harris Teeter also has a store in Quarterpath Crossing Shopping Center.
