JCCPD wants your help to find $55k in lawn care equipment

James City County Police are asking for the public’s help to locate more than $55,000 worth of allegedly stolen lawn care equipment.

Between July 22 and July 26, a 1999 Red Ford F450 dump truck, 3 Toro commercial lawn mowers and a Toro Workman Chemical Spreader were reported stolen from the Stonehouse Golf Course in James City County, according to a James City County Police Department news release.

The lawn care equipment was allegedly stolen from a locked maintenance shed at the course, the release said.

The equipment is valued at more than $55,000, according to the release.
