Police have provided a 21-minute timeframe that the crash could have occurred in: from 10:15 p.m. to 10:36 p.m., the release said. A passerby drove through the area before the incident and called 911 when they saw the crash.

Williamsburg police were called to the crash and Sisk was declared dead soon after, according to the release. The Chief Medical Examiner’s office will conduct a death investigation.
