19th annual British & European Car Show


Being held at a new venue, this year’s British and European Car Show is hosted by the Williamsburg British Car Club at the Shops of High Street.

The event is from 5-8 p.m. April 14, at the Shops at High Street on 1430 High St. The car show will occur rain or shine.

The event is free to spectators, but if you would like to register your car for the show there is a fee. There also will be door prizes and a 50-50 raffle.

The British and European Car Show is a popular vote awards show, meaning the winners will be determined by the judging and balloting of other registrants.

A portion of the proceeds from the show will be given to FISH Inc., which provides food, clothes and housewares to residents of the greater Williamsburg area.

Pre-registering a car is $20 by check, which should be mailed to Roy Gavilan, 115 Ware Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Pre-registration is $21 through Paypal to rggavpbl@yahoo.com. Register online until April 7 with the form available online at wmbgbrit.com. Cars can also be registered the day of for $25.
