Queen Anne Dari-Snak served its last shake on Thursday.
Queen Anne was scheduled to stay open due to a last-minute deal made by the restaurant and property owners.

The Taylors changed their minds on Friday morning after sleeping on the deal.
"We don't want to sell," Kelvin Taylor said.
The restaurant at 7127 Merrimac Trail will not be open on Friday.
Thursday, 1:45 p.m. update:
Queen Anne Dari-Snak will remain open to serve another shake thanks to a last-minute deal made by the restaurant and property owners.
Queen Anne owners Kelvin and Monica Taylor were grilling burgers and toasting buns for the lunch rush when they got a last-minute offer from property owner David Hertzler.
Hertzler wouldn’t go into the details of the agreement, but Kelvin Taylor said it involves selling the Queen Anne name.
The Taylors will continue running the restaurant until they come to an agreement on a price for the Queen Anne name, Kelvin Taylor said.
The Taylors were prepared to close the doors on their restaurant of 18 years on Thursday due to an expensive upgrade to the fire suppression system needed to insure the building.
“It's bittersweet. I love Queen Anne. I love everything about it," Kelvin Taylor said.
