William and Mary women's soccer senior Katie Johnston was named Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Week in women's soccer Monday.
Johnston scored twice in the Tribe's 3-0 win at N.C. State Sunday. Samantha Cordum added the other goal against the Wolfpack.
W&M (3-1-1) started the weekend Friday with a 1-1 draw against Wake Forest with Leci Irvin finding the net.
The Tribe, currently ranked No. 25 in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America poll, hosts Old Dominion 7 p.m. Friday before welcoming Harvard at 1 p.m. Sunday.
MEN'S SOCCER: W&M sophomore William Eskay was named CAA Co-Player of the Week Monday.
Eskay scored three goals, adding an assist last week in the Tribe's win last Tuesday over Liberty and 1-1 draw Friday at No. 4 North Carolina.
W&M freshman Ryder Bell was also honored, taking CAA Rookie of the Week honors. He scored against Liberty and gave the Tribe the lead against UNC in the 44th minute before the Tar Heels pulled level about a minute later.
W&M (1-1-1) visits nationally ranked Coastal Carolina Saturday.
FIELD HOCKEY: Tribe sophomore Cammie Loyd was named CAA Player of the Week Tuesday after leading the Tribe to two wins over the weekend.
Lloyd scored her first career goal 12 minutes into Friday's 5-3 win over Ohio before adding two more goals in the second half. On Sunday, she added another goal in a 6-1 win over Central Michigan.
The Tribe (3-1) returns to action Friday at No. 13 Old Dominion before visiting No. 4 Duke Sunday.
VOLLEYBALL: W&M went 1-2 at the Army Invitational in West Point, N.Y. Saturday and Sunday, scoring a straight-set win over Iona to close the competition.
Tribe senior Mallory Brickerd made the all-tournament team, tallying 25 kills and six aces.
W&M (3-4) travels to East Carolina this weekend for a tournament featuring host ECU, Western Carolina and Hampton.
