Kathrine Rowe to be inaugurated at Charter Day Ceremony

Katherine Rowe, the 28th president of the College of William and Mary, will be inaugurated during the college’s annual Charter Day Ceremony Friday.

The event celebrates the university's founding by British royal charter in 1693. Rowe is the first woman to serve as the college’s president in its 326 years.
