Spring break may be upon them, but that’s done nothing to slow down the student-athletes on Williamsburg’s track and field teams. With some teams preparing for their first outdoor meets and others having already run their first few, there will be no rest for Williamsburg’s top runners.
Few are more aware of that than Bruton High School junior Karena Glass, who recently won the indoor state title in the 55-meter hurdles. Even with the title, she knows there’s no time to take it easy.
