The city of Williamsburg and the Williamsburg Community Foundation are exploring entering a partnership to make Williamsburg more aesthetically pleasing through a beautification fund.
“Over the past several years, we have had a number of community members interested in helping to beautify the community through volunteer and gardening projects,” said Williamsburg Mayor Paul Freiling. “Some people have even given the city money to beautify the city … people have said they’re willing to do more.”
The Williamsburg Community Foundation approached the city with a way residents could get involved and help the community.
