Arts Alive invites music fans to enjoy timeless classics from the band Chicago.
“Beginnings,” a Chicago tribute band will perform in West Point at 7 p.m. March 23.
The group will replicate three decades of inspired music in a show that includes nearly every charted song from the band, according to a news release by Arts Alive.
Songs from the golden age of Chicago include “Saturday in the Park,” “25 or 6 to 4,” “Just You ‘n’ Me,” “Hard to Say I’m Sorry” and “Beginnings.”
Music lovers of all ages are invited to attend. The concert will be held at the Robinson-Olsson Civic Auditorium and Fine Arts Center and is sponsored by C&F Bank and New Kent Jr. Women's Club.
On the same day, The Visual Arts Committee of Arts Alive will hold an opening of the Invitational Art Exhibit featuring local artists Gudrun Kiel-Bullock and Ellen Davidson.
Individual tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors (65-plus) and $10 for students. Group rates are available at $15 each for groups of 10 or more.
