Jammin on the Point 2019 dates announced

The Jammin’ on the Point annual concert series is set to return to West Point in April.

The West Point Chamber of Commerce announced the 2019 dates and musicians on Facebook Thursday.

The annual concert series resumes April 26 with a free concert, beer/wine available for purchase, food vendors, cornhole and family fun.

West Point Chamber of Commerce member and Jammin’ on the Point chairwoman Lindsay Wise said the series is going into its seventh season.

“There are not many places you can go and hear free live music, so we (the chamber) are proud to keep the series alive,” Wise said. “For us it is about getting the community, family and friends together to support some great artists and enjoy a relaxing evening. We are extremely fortunate to live in a town where there are so many events to bring people together.”

The family-friendly concert series will run from 6-9:30 p.m. at Town Square Park, 325 8th St.
