W&M swears in first woman president in 325-year history

Katherine A. Rowe was sworn in as the 28th president of the College of William and Mary by Gov. Ralph Northam while standing next to her husband Bruce Jacobson on Monday, July 2, 2018. Rowe is the first woman president of the university in it's 325-year history.
